Regardless of ticket Issuance, the flexible Voluntary change policy applies on all bookings for travel on/before 30 November 2023:

Reservation Change | One time Free of charge is permitted. |
Difference in Fare | One-time difference is waived if booking is done in the same original cabin |
Refund | Full refund, free penalty |
| Original rule for Nonrefundable partially used tickets shall be waived; Refund on Face value applies |
Reissue | Yes |
No Show | In case of No Show, difference in Fare and Penalty charges apply |
Endorsement box | Flexible Voluntary change/FVL2440 shall be inserted in Endo Box |
Change of Routing | Fare rule applies, change fee waived |
Interline Routing | Fare rule applies, change fee waived |
