What is Wakanow PSS all about?
PSS: Wakanow Pay Small Small (PSS) is a flexible travel payment plan that allows customers to lock down great travel deals by making only a 25% down payment of the travel cost and paying the rest in convenient installments. PSS allows you to save as much as 150% by taking advantage of the ?early bird? fares and spread your payment over a convenient period of time.
What are the installment plans available?
PSS: We have different installment plans from 1 day to 2 months payments plan.
Am I entitled to a full refund when I no longer want to continue with the PSS?
The initial 25% amount paid is non-refundable and hence will not be part of the amount refunded.
How do I know my next payment due date for the Pay Small Small? PSS
A notification email will be sent to you 48 hours before the due date.
Does the Pay Small Small payment option allow cancellation or change in the travel date? PSS: Yes, changes are permitted on PSS transactions. Rules of the ticket will apply as regards refunds and cancellations.
Is Pay Small Small applicable to all ticket types? PSS
Yes! PSS is applicable to all ticket types as long they are up to the minimum transaction period.
Can I Complete my payment after my travel date? PSS
No. All payments for PSS transactions should be completed before the travel date.
Do I qualify for Pay Small Small?
PSS: Pay Small Small is open to all Wakanow Customers. However, your travel date should fall within the installment plan you prefer.
Is there any Service Charge added to my fare if I opt for the Pay Small Small payment option?
PSS: Yes, Service Charges are applicable on all Pay Small Small bookings, and it?s dependent on the type of installment tenure one opts for.
How do I know my PSS reservation was booked?
PSS: You will receive an email on confirmation of your booking with Wakanow and your payment plan option with details of the installment plan.

Can I use my Debit/Credit card to make payments for Pay Small Small?
PSS: Yes
Can a customer increase his initial down payment for PSS?
PSS: Yes, while making a booking, you will be required to select your preferred down payment and you can pay above the initially selected threshold.
