How do I confirm that my payment has been received?

To ensure smooth processing, all payments should include your booking confirmation number and the traveler’s name(s) as reference, and the payment must match the exact amount stated on the invoice. Once payment is received and verified, an agent will contact you to confirm and proceed with ticket issuance.


If payment is made without the required reference details or does not match the invoice amount, please reach out to customer support to verify and confirm your payment so your ticket can be processed without delay.
