However, if payment is made without the booking confirmation number or the traveler’s name, it becomes difficult to trace. In such cases, it is important to call or email us so we can manually verify the payment and complete your hotel confirmation.
If payment is made via bank transfer, please send an email containing:

- Booking ID or Confirmation Number
