How do I confirm if the payment for the reservation has been received?

For every hotel payment, please ensure that the booking confirmation number and the traveler’s name are clearly included in the payment description. This helps us verify your payment quickly and process your reservation without delay.

Once payment is received, an email confirmation is usually sent automatically to validate the booking and facilitate hotel confirmation.
However, if payment is made without the booking confirmation number or the traveler’s name, it becomes difficult to trace. In such cases, it is important to call or email us so we can manually verify the payment and complete your hotel confirmation.

If payment is made via bank transfer, please send an email containing:

  • Payment receipt
  • Booking ID or Confirmation Number
